1. I’m pretty sure the public can’t; it was part of the special edition, which was a Kickstarter exclusive. The only time it became publicly available was when Evil Hat sold off the overflow stock.

5. A PDF version will appear eventually (along with the official Iruvian playbooks). I’m behind on various things but I’m slowly catching up.
