I’ve been hankering for some Blades recently, and this seemed like the place to inquire. I’m on Pacific Standard Time, and am free everyday but monday, wednesday and saturday. Roll20/discord/goggle most likely venue. Would be willing to GM.

I’m in Central time, and my Tuesday nights are generally free. I’m new to the system but I’d love to get some experience as a player.
I’m curious as well, also PST and available similar days.
I’m also interested. Central time in the evenings are preferred. My Tuesdays/Wednesdays are going to be full starting in a few weeks, but should be able to make most any other evening.
I’m interested too. Although I’m Eastern Time, I have some flexibility with my nights. Like Eli, I’m new to the system — this would also be my first online game too. I’d really like to give this a try and look forward to hearing more details.
Cool. I’m completely flooded this upcoming week, so we probably won’t be able to do setting/world creation until the week after.
Looking over you guys’ comments, it seems that Logan can’t do Tuesdays, and Eli can only do Tuesdays.
Tuesdays are most convenient for me, and everything else is a fairly close second. As long as I’ve got a week or so for notice I should be fine.
Okay, so, Eli favors Tuesday, but could do other nights. Still waiting to hear back from Logan. Anyone else have time requirements/preferences?
Tuesday nights work for me. If it helps any, I may also be available on Wed and Thurs nights; maybe even some Saturday/Sunday day-time sessions too.
Since I’m on the east coast, I may be more impacted by the start/end times. What do you have in mind? (For instance, 9pm for me is 6pm for you.)
When I run games online, (for predominantly west coast player groups), I usually start at around 5pm, and usually end sometime between 7 and 8. That would correspond to a start time of 8pm and endtime between 10 and 11 on the east coast, or 7 and 9-10 for central time.. Does that work for you guys? If necessary we could start an our earlier, at 4pm PST, or potentially go for a daytime session on Sunday.
Fine by me.
In a few weeks I’m going to have other commitments on Tuesdays / Wednesdays. I can be available the rest of the weekdays between 4pm and 9pm PST. Otherwise my Saturdays are open, and Sundays I’m available until about 1pm PST (but that restriction will go away in a few weeks).
So, it seems like Thursdays work for everyone?
Sounds good to me
I’m not able to start at 5 pm PST. The earliest I can start is 7 pm. Weekend days don’t work for me either. Life with kid! But no worries if that’s the best option for everyone else. Play on!
I’d love to get in on this game and Tuesday is the only day i cant make work as I run a game of my own that night. I play from central time if you still have an open spot for another player.
Kirk: Bummer, man. Good luck finding something that fits your schedule
Cory: since it looks like Kirk can’t play, we seem to have a spot open.
I ran into this problem with another game I played recently so: how frequently are you hoping to play? I can manage once every 2-3 weeks, but no more frequent than that. Like Kirk, I’m comfortable dropping out if folks are hoping to play more often.
In my experience, every two weeks is a pretty sustainable rate. I’ve done weekly games, and those tend to fall apart do to scheduling problems.
Sweet. My wife would also like in if the game will be on Thursday and you have another spot. No hard feelings if not but I was asked to ask.
How does the group feel about a fifth player? Personally, I like GMing for larger groups, as it tends to make my job slightly easier, but it can also mean less spotlight time per player.
Perhaps now would be the time to take discussion off of g+ and into somewhere like skype/discord/email?
indeed. Here’s a discord server we can use: https://discord.gg/U2ywpR
And I made a roll20 page: https://app.roll20.net/join/3124108/67S52g
I apologize for the delay in checking-in (it’s been a busy week at work).
I am registered at Roll20 and logged in to the page you created. However, it looks like the discord link has expired – is that a problem on my end or can you re-post the link to the server (or re-send it to me in a PM).
Thanks and sorry for inconvenience.
Yeah, the invite links expire after a day. Here’s a new one: https://discord.gg/Jvzx59
