Ideas for Blades in the Dark Hacks:
*Styx, Master of Shadows (play as goblins running amok in human cities)
*Ptolus, City by the Spire (the book as a huge number of factions already, a fantastic map, and plenty of skulduggery to be had)
*SLA Industries: World of Progress (super grim dark cyberpunk setting with a city rotting under foot and a evil CEO replacing the Immortal Emperor)
Nice one
A friend of mine hacked The Sprawl to do a SLA Industries game, but I think Blades in the Dark might work even better
Styx: Master of the Dark, is the game I would mostly be interested in…especially if some one else made it. Either everyone is goblin, or a mixed crew. In a mixed crew the cutter would represent the orc (which is brutal in the video game). Actually, every species were combat monsters in their own way, with the elves being at the top of the food chain, and humans then goblins at the bottom.
As a side note, I can see the goblins having a negative on their skirmish rolls toward everyone ,but having a bonus to prowl. Plus a special ability that lets you puke out a cohort!
Ptolus would be the easiest to hack though, with most of Factions already spelled out. The only hiccup would be the way magic & healing worked, because the default D&D setting had super common magic potions.
I’m wanting to convert Planescape
Keiran Sparksman That would be awesome
