There are some woven in the text now. See things like the Lurk’s Ghost Veil, the Advanced ability Demonic Attendant (and the following demonic abilities) for examples of how to create those.
I’d just create an ability that let you teleport a short distance that you could see for 1 or 2 stress. It would definitely by a LTP to get access to this ability, or it would be the culmination of a story arc where the PC was searching for some arcane power.

I’d just treat it like the Iruvian sword arts you don’t need to spend an advancement on – it expands a little what is fictionally possible but without any strict mechanical benefits. It’s also great fodder for devil’s bargains and pushing yourself and what not.
