I’m hoping to run a game tomorrow. Based on my previous experience with one-shots of BitD at cons, I was wondering if anyone had any pre-generated crew sheets or partially completed character sheets?
I had a look through this great thread (https://plus.google.com/118011888408330261243/posts/8vqeXy7Lfq2) but couldn’t find the resources that Andrew Shields had put together..
I wouldn’t go with pregens. Instead, commit to one crew and say “we’re playing thieves” and go from there.
Thanks, Mischa. I should’ve probably said “Based on my previous experience running BitD at cons,”. I like your option (and may well end up using it) but, if possible, it’d be great to simplify the crew generation part of the game.
Andrew Shields Has a ton of experience with this.
I played in a game where he had quickstart rules for being a gang. lets see if I can find it…

I don’t think anyone has any pregenerated character sheets, but sean nittner does a great walk through with how he does one shots.

I did some prefabs for July of 2015, but they disappeared out of the share folder. I found them on my hard drive and put them back. Of course they are out of date, and I’m not planning to update them, but you can see what I did to make prefabs easy.

Thank you so much, everyone: these are great resources! I particularly like Sean’s method for starting one shots. Those constrained choices really help address the time crunch I was running up against in my three-hour sessions, while helping generate situation. That’s perfect!
Blimmin’ ‘eck, Mr Nittner knows his business. Thanks for the link, Aaron Berger.
