Am I correct in believing that the “Crow’s Veil” crew special ability renders the “Hagfish Farm” claim redundant?

So Crow’s Veil looks like it will save you 2 heat per score (where killing is involved, which is likely all of them for assassins?), and the Hagfish farm gives you an extra die on your Reduce Heat downtime rolls if you gained heat from a job where you killed people (again, that’s all of them right?). Crow’s Veil won’t stop you from generating any heat, just 2 less per job, so you’ll likely still have heat to reduce. What I’m saying is that they work together to help reduce your overall heat.
Plus Crow’s Veil doesn’t disappear the bodies anyway, unlike the Hagfish farm ;).
