I love the change to resources (hunting grounds) almost disproportionately. I just had a conversation with someone where I had to explain Hunting Grounds to them and they were kind of just one of those rules where you go, ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I mean I get it. But. Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh. Just like when I tried to merge Heat and Coin together into a single mechanic. No. Never again. Blech. The tweak looks really good. Looks like the Hunting Ground Features will mind-control people into being more Hawker-y or Cult-y etc as well.

I also like the district portraits. You end up kind of hunching over your desk and staring at the screen for Barrowcleft and feeling the rhythm of your body leaping over steap-peaked roofs, Daud-jumping with Devil’s Footsteps, and swing-and-leaping around steeples of Bluecoat watchtowers and crap.

This is what we wanted.

Fuck finishing the Kickstarter on time.

I love this damn game. It’s so good.
