One session I did once for Ghost Lines was the bulls discovering a ringmaster smuggling the ghosts of dinosaurs to put up a circus show on the capital city.
It might be interesting to play the role of the smugglers?

Yeah, I’d thoroughly endorse Andrew Shields’ excellent heist deck and pregen crew sheets. You have motivation, situation, obstacles, the macguffin and NPCs all sorted then. All it needs is that little (and fun) gaming group synergy to pull it all together and re-incorporate like crazy!
