  1. No I get it. But we were playing tag team Dishonored and he then wanted to draw – so not really Blades inspired….

That said, his first scoundrel in blades was a Hound who had been swallowed as a ship’s boy whilst Leviathan hunting, to only be found later deep in its bowels as it was processed – changing his skin deathly pale and his hair see-through like glass. It was pretty creepy stuff.

  2. Seriously, the Dishonored whales are seriously not whales either. Those things are Cthulhu’s unholy lovechild with a cetacean.

(COSPLAYING AS A GREAT WHITE SHARK?!)

    Yurk… those things…

  3. So, I have a week’s leave coming up next month and the family is heading down to an old Whaling station town on the far south coast of Australia’s Eastern Seaboard called Eden.

I Love this town, steeped as it is in Whaling History, and they have a rather special old wharf and Museum is full of interesting factoids and photos.

I plan on writing some Doskvol notes inspired on the ancient relationship between Whalers and the ‘Killer Whales of Eden’, plus do some artwork of non-whale looking Leviathans – they have these cool skeletons of all manner of whales in the museum that I intend to mash up with an unholy matrimony including giant squid to create Leviathans worthy of the name.

I’ll post  my thoughts and art once done in a couple of weeks 🙂
