1. My guess is that p.41 is a holdover from the previous version that got missed.

2. I’m sure that’s the case too. Just helping the editing process for the next version in case it was missed 🙂

3. Thanks, Paul. Page 41 is in error. It’s 3 not 4.

4. Please add page numbers to the Rules Reference pages.
