I also love leverage, but in terms of inspiration for BitD, what I really love in Hustle (and miss in Leverage) is the moral ambiguity, the more down-to-earth\realistic approach, the depiction of the criminal community and the clever use of flashbacks to show how the con was planned.
I’ve only watched a few episodes, but I liked what I saw. I need to go back to it.
