You might’ve seen mine (this one https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Q9z5O4Dl-k1NrzN853frbJjYRudOb3X3V6fnLYcNUUM/edit#gid=0, expects you to fill out abilities and doesn’t have crew playbooks, but uses tons of drop-downs for easy sheet management).

I am not sure exactly what you mean by form fillable, so I am not sure if that is what you are looking for, but these are the only sheets I am aware of.
