So, regarding entanglements. How many happen? I like the idea that it is variable, as I believe it once was. I think the scale for engagement (0, 1, or 2) would be useful. But what would the dice pool be? Maybe I’m just missing where that’s written, but that’s pretty key.

By default, it’s one. I like the possibility of multiple entanglements, but that’s not in the system at the moment.
Sounds good. As a default I assumed 6+/6: 0 entanglements, 4-5: 1 entanglement, 1-3: 2 entanglements with 1 die rolled.
That way there’s a chance they could have no entanglements (which is valuable, I think) and there could be special abilities that allow them to roll 2 dice and pick the higher.
