Thanks to Jennifer Fuss for running a demo game yesterday. Now I’m a backer for BitD, too.

Woooo! Thanks so much, Jennifer! And Frank! 🙂
Tell us about what happened , what was awesome? What could you have done without? What kind of snacks would you want during your own game?
I try a short summary (planning on a longer AP)
Snacks I had: plain rye-wheat bread + Cola Mix
We did Crew Creation, Character Creation, a score and development stuff.
The Crew Creation and Character Creation took an hour each which was double what I expected.
The score took from 10 pm to 0:30am.
The things to do after a score took about 40-60 minutes.
The score basically was to steal a exquisite painting done with ectoplasma stuff from the Lampblacks for the Red Sashes.
There was one part of abduting a vault guard and the other part of scaling the lighttower in which the Lampblacks had their HQ while distracting Baz.
In the end they decided to try to do a copy of the painting and give the fake to the Red Sashes. Which mostly succeeded.
Something difficult was to explain that a player can freely choose which skills to use and the planning went to long. So there was still quite some discussion how to do things opposed to just start doing them. Plus sometimes I wasn’t as sure about the rules.
When it got rolling it I think it was quite awesome. My personal favorite scene was when the scoundrels made a plan to have the vault guard possessed and it didn’t went as brilliant as planned but ended with an favorable result. ^.^;
Another thing rather difficult was the attempt to haggle a price upon receiving the score and in the end being satisfied with the roll on the Development thing. Even though they rolled critical it was only 3 coins for, well 4 characters, so they did feel rather poor ^^;;;
